Geoify ("we") analyzes websites for search (SEO) and AI-visibility (GEO) and produces prioritized recommendations. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the third parties who process data on our behalf.

What we collect

Account data — your name and email, via our sign-in provider (Clerk).
Sites you submit — the URLs you ask us to audit, and the public content we crawl from them.
Connected Google data (optional) — if you connect Google Search Console / Analytics, we read your performance metrics (impressions, clicks, positions, sessions) to ground recommendations.
Product usage — basic, privacy-preserving analytics about how the app is used.

Google API "Limited Use" compliance

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Search Console and Analytics data is used only to provide and improve the audit features you request; it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never transferred to others except as needed to provide the service (or with your consent, or for legal reasons).

Sub-processors

We share data only with the vendors that operate the service:

Clerk — authentication (your name/email).
Google — sign-in and, if connected, Search Console / Analytics data.
Google (Gemini) — AI generation over the crawled content of the sites you audit.
Railway / Neon — application hosting and database.
PostHog (EU) — product analytics.
Sentry — error monitoring.
Resend — transactional email (feedback and alerts).
Paddle — payment processing. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles checkout, billing, and tax; it collects the payment details needed to complete your purchase.

Retention & deletion

We keep your audits and connected data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing roshan@getgeoify.com; we remove it promptly.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising.
