Refund Policy

Geoify is a one-time purchase of $9 USD for a single website audit, delivered as a digital service. Your audit report is generated and made available to you immediately after payment. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Instantly delivered, so generally non-refundable

Because the audit is produced and delivered to you right after purchase, the fee is generally non-refundable once your report has been generated. By completing checkout you acknowledge that the service begins immediately.

When we will refund you

We want you charged only for what you receive. We will refund your purchase if:

• the audit failed to generate and we could not deliver a report;
• you were charged more than once, or charged in error;
• the service was clearly not as described.

In these cases we will first try to re-run your audit, and issue a full refund if we cannot resolve it.

How to request a refund

Email roshan@getgeoify.com within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you used at checkout. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law.
